AboutBorn in Jacksonville, FL, Kim Paige Sullivan moved to Nashville, TN in 2010 to attend Belmont University. Her precocious musical talents, drive, and infectious personality quickly became coveted by Nashville’s music industry, signing to Young Guns Publishing as a staff songwriter by her sophomore year. A year later, Kim utilized her acute skills of event planning and organization, business acumen, duty of communal reinvestment, and her natural zeal for networking to create one of the most successful music festivals in Jacksonville, FL called Roscolusa which was just voted as the Best of the Best Event in 2024 by the Ponte Vedra Recorder (learn more about Roscolusa here). She achieved all of this before graduating with a bachelors in sociology and music business with the class of 2014.

Over the last few years, Roscolusa has grown from 150 people in her parents' backyard to an annual sold-out attendance of 5,000 people at a community venue; the venue’s design was aided by a select few that included Ms. Paige. Over the last few years, Roscolusa has raised over $110,000 for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund helping local families tackle childhood cancer.
In 2017, Kim started a new venture called, What It Is Collective, with business partner, Mary Harrington. What It Is Collective specialized in digital marketing, brand development, artist management, events, and sponsorships.
Through her experience with business development, event planning, community outreach, design, and traveling across the United States with touring musical clients, a passion for architecture awakened within.
